Crosswide drilling feathers push the wood fibers instead of cutting them, creating a hole of a correct diameter. 8 Notches under head slow down the screw and prevent uncontrolled destruction of the surface of the wood, allowing for smooth finish. Ideal also for metal fittings. TX drive formed at the right angle in the lower size tolerance allows for tight conection with the bit. Precisely rolled tip allows to start drilling immediately. White zinc plating is not harmful for the environment. TX drive with a unified size across the diameters to limit the quantity of bits required.
