TEC7 Façade Waterproof is an easy-to-use, clear exterior wall protector and sealer that is white when applied but dries completely clear. TEC7 Façade is fully absorbed in 30 - 60 minutes and allows your wall to breathe which is guaranteed to waterproof and protect your wall for up to 25 years. TEC7 Facade is suitable for use on all porous walls, prevents heat from escaping, prevents the build-up of algae, moss growth, and efflorescence on north-facing walls that also helps make the wall easier to clean.
